Amanda & Nathan’s 1920’s Inspired Wedding

I’m not sure if I’ve ever met two people more made for each other than Amanda & Nathan.  The love they have for each other radiates from every pore.  These two peas-in-a-pod were meant to be together forever and I just know they will be.

Amanda & Nathan knew they wanted their wedding to be something special and a unique reflection of their personalities.  For them it was a 1920’s inspired celebration with a modern twist.

Amanda had hundreds of amazing ideas for her wedding but is time poor as her job requires her to travel interstate often.  She knew she needed help in planning and setup of her big day and we were thrilled to be invited to help.  The 1920’s is one of my very favourite eras with amazing fashions and styling from what was a revolutionary time in history.  Working within the gorgeous grounds of Greenhills on Tweed we created this custom ceremony styling for Amanda & Nathan.

Big thanks to Rachel from Atomic Butterfly Photography for sharing her incredible images of this beautiful day.

Amanda had her stunning gown custom made to her design by a seamstress on Etsy.

Amanda & I spent lots of time discussing the styling of both the ceremony & reception and we both knew that lace was the order of the day!  A perfectly matching Persian rug grounded the ceremony.  We just HAD to use our pair of stunning pink grandfather chairs – Audrey & Holly  for the ceremony signing.  The scene was completed with an inlaid pedestal table and stunning flowers to tie back our lace draping.

Games are always a great way to entertain your guests while post-ceremony photos take place.

  1. Congratulations on an amazing wedding setting. The bride looks absolutely stunning and the props you have selected for the ceremony and reception have combined perfectly. Very impressive styling – I love the games too by way. Wishing you continued success. Krissy
